Well, in terms of technology and innovation, the construction sector might be pretty traditional and rigid - companies are large and hierarchical.
But what if there were a world, where a tradition meets the innovation, where today’s tools and pace are part of the show?
Good news: there is. TRY IT OUT!

ALICE Technologies is the world’s first AI construction simulation and optimization platform. We leverage AI’s computational power to generate the best schedules and solutions for some of the world’s most complex projects—including infrastructure, sustainable developments, and stunning high-rise buildings.
As a Construction Scheduler Analyst, you’ll proactively assist our customers in translating their requirements into technical inputs for ALICE, while also providing feedback to our team to improve system functionalities.
In the chain CUSTOMER - PLANNING / SCHEDULING (in ALICE)
- CONSTRUCTION your role lies between the first two. (And don’t worry, it is not a sales job;))
You’ll have a unique chance to put your construction background, love for innovation, and scheduling skills to work, while also making the most of your professional English and occasional travel—helping you grow and expand your experience along the way.
And what’s work and life in ALICE?
We’re a well-funded startup (Series B), so things move fast. It’s dynamic, sometimes demanding, but definitely rewarding. Our modern offices in Karlín are great—but thanks to our flexible work policy, it’s up to you whether you work remotely or come in to collaborate and enjoy a board game night with the team.
Our closely cooperating and supportive teams (product, engineering, marketing, and sales) are based in both the Czech Republic and the U.S., so expect plenty of international collaboration, not just locally.
